    I propose a rule: The rule of first sighting!

    I propose that every picture submitted be on a fist public appearance. That means no social networking sites (myspace, facebook, livejournal etc. you know the rest) and other photo sharing sites (ringo, flickr, picasa, deviantart etc.)
